- a building which includes a large chapel, study rooms, a cinema/theater, dressing rooms, restrooms and living quarters for employees,
- 2 illuminated regulation sized soccer fields,
- 2 illuminated regulation sized "calcetto" soccer fields in artificial turf,
- a basketball/tennis court,
- an indoor pool,
- an indoor basketball court,
