125th anniversary 03/29/2007 This medal, realized by Colombo Medaglie, was coined to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the founding of the Order of the Knights of Columbus. Inspiration for the image on the medal by Antonella Cappuccio’s painting which represents the Knights of Columbus founder, Father Michael J. McGivney, intent in observing the landing of needy Catholics in New York. The medals have been coined in gold (1), silver (200) and bronze (1800).
