Medal designed by sculptor, Roberta Rubegni, represents the Bust of Saint Peter by Raffaele Capo on the front and the model of St. Peter’s Dome by Michelangelo Buonarroti, Giacomo della Porta and Luigi Vanvitelli on the obverse.
Coined for the occasion of the "Creating St. Peter’s: Architectural Treasures of the Vatican" exhibit displayed at the Museum in New Haven on the occasion of the 25th year of Pontificate of His Holiness John Paul II.
