Medal celebrates the restoration works on the Maderno Atrium and the Holy Door carried out on the occasion of the Jubilee 2000 in front of St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican.
Designed by Antonio Sperandio, the Holy Father John Paul II is represented during his 21st year of Pontificate on the front and, on the obverse, the Maderno Atrium.
