Fifth Annual Christmas Tree
December 3, 2005 to January 29, 2006

Students to Create Handmade Ornaments and Decorate 25 Festive Trees.
Nearly 600 Connecticut schoolchildren, kindergarten through fifth grade, are expected to participate in the fifth annual Christmas Tree Festival at the Knights of Columbus Museum.
The students will create handmade ornaments and then decorate the 25 festive trees that are the main attraction in the festival. The Christmas trees will be on display through Jan. 29, 2006.
Designed to coincide with "Christmas in Miniature," a concurrent exhibit of crèches from around the world, this year’s tree ornament theme is the Nativity. Students from each school participating will also design and make a crèche for their tree.
