With sentiments of "sweet comfort and good hope", the Holy Father, Benedict XV welcomed the Knights of Columbus delegation on August 18, 1920. This book, published on the occasion of the eightieth anniversary (1923-2003) of the beginning of the Foundation’s activities in the Holy City, illustrates with evocative historical photographs the ever-growing commitment of the Knights of Columbus towards the Successor of Peter and the Holy See.
