 | Creating St. Peter’s 2003 The Knights of Columbus Museum was honored to have been chosen to bring to the United States priceless treasures from the centuries-long history of St. Peter’s Basilica. Many of these artworks, which are extensively described in the catalog, had never left Rome before. This was the third major show at the Museum to display unique statuary, mosaics, paintings, models and historic engravings and documents from Vatican City, including those from the Fabbrica di San Pietro, the Vatican Mosaic Studio and the Household of the Holy Father. |
